Are all your skin + body care products all-natural?
Our products do not contain parabens, formaldehyde, sulfates, silicones, synthetic fragrances and other ingredients harmful to your skin and body. Most of our raw materials are from plants, except for the beeswax in our balms. We use the highest quality natural ingredients we can find and we source from ethical companies locally and abroad.
Are your products safe for babies?
Yes, they are! Our products are safe for both pregnant moms and babies 6 months and above but it is important to use them with safety. Do a patch test for any allergic reactions before using.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Since our products are 100% natural and we do not use any unnatural preservatives at all, our products do have a shelf life of about 12-24 months. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight, with the lid tightly closed and stored in a cool, dry place, they will stay fresher for a longer period of time.
My orders of the same product look and/or feel a little different. What's up?
All our skin + body care products are made by hand in small batches. With natural and unadulterated products made in small batches, it’s completely normal to have slight differences from batch to batch including color and texture. Rest assured that even with slight variances the products themselves are not affected and are still just as effective and potent.

All our products are locally made in our small facility in the Philippines.

What are your modes of payment?
We accept payments through bank deposit/transfer via BDO, Gcash, and credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why has my order been canceled?
Orders will be canceled automatically if payment has not been made within 2 business days after placing an order.
Do you accept non-electronic payments, like bank deposit?
Yes! Please send us a copy of the deposit/transfer along with your name and order number for proof of payment to email@example.com

Can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
Do you accept bulk orders and/or make customized products?
We accommodate bulk orders for corporate giveaways, weddings, and other special occasions. We also do custom curation as well as wholesale and can apply discounts accordingly.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

What couriers do you use to ship orders?
We ship orders via AP Cargo and Gogo Express.

At the moment, we only ship orders locally.
I wasn't able to receive my order yet and I was told that it has been returned to sender. Can you ship it again, please?
If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address or returned to us if unclaimed, the cost to reship is the responsibility of the customer.
